• A random identifier stored in a cookie on your browser (“visitor ID”). It does not contain your name or email.
• Which vehicles you view and the filters you search by.
• The website or ad that brought you here (for example, “came from a Google search,” “came from an Autotrader listing”).
• Your approximate location (city, province, country), derived from your IP address. Your IP address is used briefly to look up that location and is not stored.
• If you submit an inquiry, your contact information (name, email, phone) and the vehicle you inquired about. Your earlier browsing on this site is linked to your inquiry so our sales team can better understand what you are looking for.
• If you reserve a vehicle or order parts with a credit card, your payment information is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We do not store your full card number after the transaction completes.

• To show our sales team what you are interested in when you contact us.
• To measure which advertising channels work and which vehicles generate interest. We do not sell this data.
• With your permission, to send you emails about inventory updates, new arrivals, and offers. You can opt out at any time.

When you submit an inquiry, we infer your consent to collect and use the information you provided, for that purpose. For any secondary use (such as marketing), we will ask for your consent directly.

You can withdraw consent at any time by calling us at (866) 947-9174 or emailing privacy@autopiacars.ca.

• Browsing history linked to your visitor cookie is kept for 13 months, then automatically deleted.
• Inquiries you submit are kept according to our lead retention policy.
• Payment transaction data is stored only as long as needed to complete your purchase, then deleted.

• You can clear the visitor cookie from your browser at any time. Doing so starts a new anonymous identity on your next visit.
• You can email privacy@autopiacars.ca to ask what we have on file or to request deletion.
• We do not sell your information.

We may disclose your personal information only if required by law, or to third-party service providers (such as payment gateways) strictly to the extent necessary for them to provide a service to us.

Some third-party providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than you or us. When that is the case, your information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

• Session cookies used by the site framework to keep your visit working normally.
